This is our 'non-contact' boxing fitness workout! You'll be challenged by exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power - all designed to improve your skills and stamina.​​

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Tuesdays: 7:00pm-8:00pm

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.

LETS GLOW
(KIDS & ADULTS)

What is lets glow?: Fun and active exercise class including dance and sport fitness. What makes it even better is it is all done in the dark with glow in the dark sticks and disco lights. The class involves physical movements and exercises as well as some aspects of dance fitness to music with it working the whole body and improving total body fitness and improving muscle definition. This is a fast moving class that is guaranteed to make you work hard and go home feeling proud of the work you did.
